Getting to Munson Creek Falls

Heads up—there aren’t a ton of signs for this one, so make sure you’ve got the route mapped out in advance.
The last mile or two is on a rough gravel road, so if you’re in a low-clearance car, you might want to think twice.
However, any standard car can manage the drive, and it’s worth it—the lush, green scenery along the way is just beautiful.
The Trail: Short and Scenic

This is a quick and easy half-mile hike (round trip) with tons of Pacific Northwest charm.
You’ll be surrounded by old-growth trees and ferns everywhere, following the creek that eventually leads to the falls.
The trail is well-maintained, smooth, and has a few stairs, so it’s accessible for most hikers.
Getting a Look at Munson Falls

You’ll start catching glimpses of Munson Creek Falls about halfway in, with the best views at the very end.
A barrier stops you from getting too close to the falls (trust us, the viewing angle from here is perfect!). This spot offers the ideal angle to take it all in without needing to scramble further.
Quick Tips:

- There aren’t many signs, so plan your route before heading out.
